I've had fever since yesterday, threw up once then. today i've tried to eat and drink but it comes up right away and my stomach hurt a lot. what'wrong?

Depends: Could be a virus or something more serious like appendicitis . You do not describe your pain so have nothing to help you with. You could be getting dehydrated by now too . Suggest you go to the er for evaluation and further management at this time.
