My daughter is 2 and has an upset stomach since last week friday, her stomach is brown and some what watery and a sour smell.. she has no fever and she isn't sick.. she isn't vomiting but her stomach isn't getting better, she is eating and drinking.?

TAKE HER TO DOCTOR: I would take this child to the hospital immediately. This type of diarrhea is not healthy.
