I had boil/abscess on my buttocks , this led to a minor incision surgery it has been two weeks and i had another pimple reappear on my other buttocks. im worried that the bacteria is still active. ?

Its possible: Boils/abscesses are cured with proper drainage but you may be carrying a form of invasive staph in your nasal passages. Recurrent abscesses often requires a culture and oral antibiotic treatment to end the pattern.
