I have a boil (or big pimple) of about 2 cm on my buttocks for 2 weeks. since 2 days it is mildly painful, when i sit it worsens. now i see a thin line of about 1-2 cm striking out the boil, maybe i have scratched it. what to do to heal it?

I would suggest that you see your dermatologist for eval and treatment of this lesion. Sounds like it might be infected, and if so, would require medical care with warm soaks and either a topical or oral antibiotic.
