Need to see derm: for culture, diagnosis and probable prescription antibiotics, this could be infectious like staph, or folliculitis or other possibilities.

Boils: Try to make sure there is no trigger, like cleaning solutions on toilet seats. Than, try to do two teaspoons of bleach in the bathtub. Apply antibiotic ointment and scrub the area with soap and water.
