No: Up to 75% of cases of boils involve infection with staph aureus, either methicillin-susceptible (mssa) or methicillin-resistant (mrsa). Other less commonly involved organisms include gram-negative and anaerobic bacteria, candida species, and pseudomonas species.

No: Abscess can be secondary to a variety of bacteria. They occur when the sebaceous gland becomes obstructed and then bacteria proliferate. Most important thing is to get evaluated. You likely need an i+d and possibly antibiotics.
