More Hx & Exam: Whatever it is you may suffer from the sooner you are properly examined, diagnosed & treated the better your chances for recovery. A more complete history is needed for a start to include how long has this gone on, any trouble breathing, lumps or bumps, problems with bowel movements, sores that don't heal, or unusual bleeding or discharge. Among other considerations are infections & depression.
