No cancer, cheer up!: There are many reasons to feel tired without a deadly disease like cancer. You should talk to someone about the possible reasons for feeling tired if it is not studies or work. If you have a personal physician, let them check you for reassurance.

Very unlikely: Any other symptoms other than tired? The majority of teenagers feel tired all the time, they are stretching themselves thin and do too many activities. Are you losing weight, any fevers, any pain anywhere? There would be other signs or symptoms if you had cancer, not just feeling tired
