Serious fall : That type of fall can injure the coccyx(tip of tailbone) or vertebrae. You may have sustained a rib cage strain accounting for ensueing chest distress. If your breathing was then restricted,it may have predisposed you to pneumonia. Your treating physician can advise you best,however.
