It happens: This far out it is unlikely that what you have is related to the prior illness. Most of these are simple respiratory viruses. If it slows you down enough you need to schedule a visit.

Pneumonia: I don't understand why your doctor treated you for walking pneumonia even though it did not show you had it. I suggest you see a different doctor in a different practice.
