Can i put neosporin on frenulum?

Hmmm....: Frenula (plural of frenulum), whether on a lip, a tongue, or a penis, are supposed to stay attached from birth to death. If there has been some trauma or accident, a frenulum can tear,but a torn frenulum should cause no disability nor problems. If there is a cut or scrape of a frenulum, that does not mean anything needs to be put on it, although a bit of Neosporin is usually harmless.
