Endometrium 22mm: At 24 it is unusual for your endometrial lining to be "22 mm by ultrasound". If your menstrual cycles are irregular, you may not have ovulated, so the constant estrogen stimulation of your endometrium would have made it thicker. Ask your gyn provider about an endometrial biopsy and oral bcps (if no contraindication) to control estrogen production in non-ovulatory cycles.
