I have been bleeding for 1 month at times it is heavy. i was diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia with 1.3cm thick uterine lining. how thick is 1.3?

Pretty thick: Around ovulation, we expect the endometrium to be about 8-10 mm (0.8-1.0 cm) thick at the most. 1.3 is pretty thick, and if the biopsy shows hyperplasia, it should be treated with progestin therapy.
