What could be the cause of my thick endometrial lining ( 21mm on cd 11) ? my endometrial biopsy results were normal and all hormone testing is normal.

Endometrium: The uterine lining may keep growing in response to estrogen. It can occur in PCOS, obesity, taking medications that increase estrogen levels. It is good that you are getting evaluated for it.
