Planning helps: Write down all the questions you can think of. This one's obvious to me: will you have your tubes and ovaries removed? If so, what kind of hormone replacement will you have? I understand that there is a lower incidence of ovarian cancer if the fallopian tubes are removed; ask your doctor about this, especially if there is a family history of ovarian cancer. How much time should you plan to be off?
