Post-Op Fever: If the urine came from a foley, then I am assuming you recently had your hysterectomy. Post-op fevers are evaluated and treated differently than other causes of fever and elevated white count. Please contact your physician immediately and make sure (s)he knows about your symptoms and your temperature. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.
