Two different causes: runny nose is upper respiratory infection if cough fever need antibiotics or just anti allergic like zyrtec will do vaginal discharge is from vaginitis if itching or not course of flatly 500 mg 2 tab twice a day for 2 days and Diflucam 150 mom daily for 3 days help
