Couple of ideass: First,it coukd be a mild upper respiratory infection/cold which are affecting your sinuses.OR you might consider it to be an allergy issue.Many people have bad allergies this time of year.if no fever or green drainage you could still try warm compresses/hot showers/a neti pot for your nasal and sinus pressure.or consider trying an antihistamine line Ckaritin.Zyrtec.or Allegra.if no relief see doc
