You may have: ethmoid sinusitis and not maxillary or sphenoid sinusitis, the latter which would cause more fever, pressure sensation in the face and/or headaches. Ethmoid sinusitis tend to cause more purulent rhinorrhea which is what you are describing. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
