6 y/o woke up in morning and vomited. in and out of sleep all day. wakes up and falls back asleep within minutes. no fever or other symptoms. concern?

Sleepy/emesis: He will need careful observation today. If he remains drowsy, more emesis or other symptoms, i.e. lethargy occurs, bring in to see the pedi MD at urgent care, even without fever. We are seeing an increase in the flu in children and they might not have fever. Don't wait to bring in to be seen if continues today. Clear liquids , no milk products today and assess further.
