It take time.: Keto is good for most healthy people. Be careful if you have kidney of liver disease, or diabetes. If you have any of these check woth your doctor before you start snd to monitor your progress. Take it slow. Keto is powerful. It can take up to 3 weeks to get into ketosis. If you start keto to fast you can develop symptoms similiar to the flu.

Some basics: The keto diet works on some basic principles. Your body does need sugars to function but it can make all that it needs from your fat stores while you avoid dietary sugars/carbs. You will likely feel sluggish during the process as converting fat to sugars takes longer than converting potatoes or breads. Try to maintain a good exercise routine & avoid cheating, which stalls the keto process.
