I did see a doctor on friday i have back (kidney/ribs) and bladder pain, and i get the chill and urinate a lot they didnt pick up anthing in my urine.

Possible UTI: Maybe the doctor took a urine sample to check for bacteria and do a culture with sensitivity laboratory exam? If not, I would return to your doctor and ask for a UA C&S. I would treat based on symptoms. Please followup with your Primary Doctor.
