Stop Rx, see doctor: You might be worried about epididymitis, but unlikely without obvious testicular enlargement and marked tenderness, usually involving only one testicle. Both testicles plus pain in back or abdomen suggest a prostate problem. The most common of these is chronic pelvic pain syndrome, a variation on prostatitis, but not due to infection so antibiotics don't work. Stop all treatment and see a doctor.
