Sinus HA: Saline lavages, saline nasal sprays, and inhalation of steam and vapor like the netti pot. These can be used liberally. Beginning now, a short course of afrin or other long acting otc nasal spray 2 puffs each nostril three times a day for three days should help.

Vicks: The best treatments are nasal decongestants, mucolytics, tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin. One thing that I do when i get sinus pressure headaches is to rub Vicks on my forehead. Give it a try! it works for me. If these don't help then it would be good to get checked out.
