Sometimes hard: Up to 80-90% of patients who selfdiagnose sinus headaches actually are migraine which are severe, have nausea, sound and light sensitivity, last up to 3 days, and are so severe that they interfere with work or school.True sinus ha almost always have other nasal symptoms, are worse in the am and parallel the degree of nasal congestion, colds and allergy.Perhaps start first with otc migraine meds.
