Migraines and Sinus: Migraines and sinus headaches are sometimes related as a sinus headache can trigger a migraine. I think you first need to address the possibility of allergies as a potential cause. Read up on dietary changes to help with migraines. Consult with your family physician or gyn about migraine headaches and see a neurologist if needed. Are you on bcps? Migraines are horrible but there is help!
