Aunt (dads sis) and great-grandma (paternal gmas mom) both died of ovarian cancer. heredity or just bad luck? cousins tested neg for gene mutation.

May be: Ovarian Cancer can be hereditary when first degree relatives have it (i.e. Daughter , mother, sister) especially if they have it before the age of 50 years old . it is most efficient to test the diseased person for the gene rather the non affected individual to see if this is hereditary.
