Who should get genetic cancer tests? my grandmother had ovarian cancer in her late 60s but my mom and aunt are both healthy no cancer in their 60s?

No single test: There is no single test for cancer, genetic or otherwise. Your family history is not suggestive of a high risk for cancer. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

BRCA testing: While no genetic testing is 100% you would qualify for genetic cancer screening based on a maternal grandmother with ovarian cancer. Various companies offer this.
