Scrotal rather: you mean discoloration of the scrotal skin on one side, don't believe it is related to the cyst. You want to see your doctor/dermatologist if it is really bothersome, best wishes

I know epididymal cysts are relatively common and benign, but what about other testicular cysts? Ultrasound show 'cyst on testicle' 2 x 1 x 2 mm.
