Pain front lower left side, lower back pain and blood in urine. just finished antibiotics for kidney infection. no fever.

Recheck and imaging: such as CT scan or abdominal/pelvic ultrasound. Urine must be recultured. Lack of fever is a good sign;however, I suggest getting checked for kidney stones, glomerulonephritis, GI issues,and intrinic kidney disease.
