On coamoxiclav for a kidney infection. had a dose through iv and now on day 3 of tablets. still having pain, no fever, urine not cloudy. worried?

Kidney infection (aka pyelonephritis) symptoms include fever, chills, back/flank/abdominal pain, and feeling sick. Minimum 7-10 days of antibiotic. Pain and other symptoms often take at least 3-5 days to improve. Urine culture would be helpful
