Terminal hematuria: Could be posterior urethritis or prostatitis, assuming urine is clear at first. Advise consult urologist. Will likely order kidney & bladder ultrasound + possible cystoscopic examination. Cystoscope is a long thin instrument for examining urethra & bladder.
