I don't: A babies skin is well designed to self lubricate & does not need creams or lotions to stay healthy. Diaper areas subject to moisture can benefit from barrier products like zinc oxide.Dermatitis, when it occurs should be treated specifically to the cause. Steroid creams can thin the skin & make it less capable of retaining it's barrier function.When used it should be limited & stopped when possible

I have really bad dermatitis on my hands I have been to the doctors several times and they have prescribed steroid creams that do not work.
Ive had this rash for a couple months now on the back up my neck and it goes up into my scalp. I was prescribed a cream for atopic dermatitis and did not go away. I then was diagnosed with ringworm and was given steroid tablets and its still there?
I have Sebhorriac Dermatitis-in severe flare for 2+ years (scalp/ears) On topicals steroids ketoconazole shampoo & cream. I have asked for skin scraping-docs say not needed-they know its Candida. Symptoms are life altering - is this normal?
