Knee pain: A pinched nerve in the knee would be unusual. You may have a tendonitis or some internal derangement of the knee. Taking an anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen is worthwhile. If no relief, see your physician or an orthopedic specialist for evaluation and treatment. Any appropriate testing will be done.
