Eds?: Not familiar w/ abbreviation. Sounds like u subluxated your patella( kneecap) though . Sorry didn't realize you had ehler's danlos syndrome ... Now i understand. As you know very well your joints are 'looser' than ' normal' joints and kneecaps can 'slip' out of place w/ the stresses of squatting.See your ors for evaluation and quad strengthening/ patellar bracing if needed.
