A member asked:

Oral surgery, tooth extraction. is it safe for a hypertensive person to receive the epi ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Within limits. : There are several common anesthetics used in dental office. Not all with epinephrine. Usually two or three compules of anesthetic for the procedure would be safe in most cases. However, you can ask the doctor to use an anesthetic without epi. It will be just as profound and is available.
