The sooner you have those infected teeth removed, the better. September is three months away, and that infection can spread to other parts of your body. The other extraction sites will not be affected by the infected teeth.

Go to a hospital clinic or emergency room, or a walk in dental clinic, whoever can see you first, for the extractions, before the infection spreads. The wisdom teeth can wait till SEPTEMBER.

You already are a walking infection. Your chronically infected premolars are dumping bacteria into your blood stream. The risk is the active infections, not the number of teeth being removed. In the hands of a qualified specialist Oral Surgeon the best thing to do is have all 6 teeth removed ASAP, not months from now. And better 1 anesthetic procedure than 2.
