See your doctor: If you are having pain, swelling, and elevated temps, you most likely have a postoperative infection that may require antibiotic therapy and/or more definitive therapy.

See oral surgeon: You most likely have developed an infection need to be on antibiotics possible have a drain placed.

Call: call the Surgeon. A reexamination may be in order.
