Hard to say: The cited expected incubation for human rabies is 20-60 days, but some fulmanent cases appear as early as 6 days after exposure. If the symptoms are really derived from rabies and not some other issue, it is likely too late for routine post exposure treatment to prevent rabies from progressing.
