Flu-like symptoms: The symptoms of rabies are similar to the flu, but may last longer. These include headache, fever, chills, fatigue. After a period of 2-10 days, confusion, agitation, anxiety, delirium, and hallucinations. Rabies is almost always fatal if not treated immediately. If there has been exposure to an animal that is possibly rabid, seek attention now, do not wait until tomorrow.
