Not particuarly: If you are infected at this point the risk to the fetus is less than 5%. Most have no detected problems after birth but a few show some skin changes. The worst risk to a baby is if it were to occur around delivery when it can cause a fatal pneumonia in baby. Other than taking acyclovir (antiviral) to lessen the intensity of the infection there is nothing you can do at this point.
