Immunity: If you are not immune, you should have vaccines before you get pregnant. Vaccines like chickenpox and measles are live vaccines and should not be given during pregnancy. All the best.

Okay to take again: We started giving the vaccine in the 90's but only gave a single dose after a year of age.Currently we give at least 2, at 1 and 4.In your case it is not a problem if you have it again, even more than once. Some labs can verify your antibody level with a blood test, which would confirm a childhood case, but most would just get the shot.
