Peace of Mind: Good day; A very critical endeavor! Attempt to engage in some strenuous activity throughout the day, a long walk, a gym visit, yoga , etc, etc. Whatever is bothering you, discuss the issue with husband, good friend, even a relative, to clear your mind. SLEEP!
