Not sure of question: I think the question is what to do about snoring (big sound during sleep)? Among other causes, snoring may be associated with sleep apnea, which occurs when one's tongue blocks the air passage during sleep. This is often seen in people who are overweight. Wgt loss might help, but mainly one needs to see doc for exam and possible referral to sleep med doc. For a proper diagnosis to be made.
