You really: need to have an in person examination by an ORTHOPEDIC or SPORTS MEDICINE expert. A complete examination of your knee and possible advanced imaging (MRI) is indicated since the cause of knee pain DETERMINES the treatment! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
