Small steps: Reduce other distractions (no tv, text, phone, internet, radio (sometimes)) break down tasks into small parts (eg, tell yourself you can do 1 or 2 small parts of a task and take on those first). Use a timer - set for 5 mins at a time and stay on task for that long at a time, then reset it. Get enough sleep and eat healthy foods, exercise daily, turn off devices when doing work. You can do it!
