What causes heart enlargement, and what are the risks. i went for my annual checkup at the mine clinic and they told me that they picked up that my heart enlarged a little bit.

A little bit?: heart enlargement ( cardiomegaly ) has multiplr causes: congenital, internal heart/valvular disease, viral infection, damage from previous heart failure or MI. More importantly are the dimensions of the heart and the EF ( ejection fraction) as well as the end diastoolic pressure and volume.
