Went for yearly check up, cholesterol 215, no diabetes, perfect bp & good ekg, but scared i have something wrong with heart , is ekg enough to be safe?

Heart issue?: Given your age and high cholesterol, and EKG would not be enough to reassure us that your heart is OK. The stress test will be a much better option. For a woman, nuclear stress tests are considered more accurate.
