Heart Rate: Heart rates can range from 40-45 beats per minutes in healthy athlete at rest up to 120- 140 beats per minute in young person with exercise. heart rate is not a fixed number and will change with the type of activity, age, situation etc.. The mild chest pain need to be discussed with your cardiologist and depends on your age and risk factors, your cardiologist may suggest stress test or other work
