Nexplanon implant: Nexplanon is a slow release progesterone implant, which can interfere with ovulation and period regularity, but "having a period for five months now" would pre-date your Nexplanon insertion, so see your gyn provider for an exam and testing, as the bleeding may not be related to Nexplanon.
